Cloud Cleanser is a lavish foam that expands to create a flurry of bubbles that fizz and dissolve into the hair and skin, lifting away all traces of impurities, make up and dirt. This sulphate and oil free foam is suitable for cleansing both eyebrows and eyelashes.
